Using the site

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not scrape it, republish the catalogue, or attempt to disrupt the service for others.

No account, no warranty

There is no registration. We do not store an account for you and therefore cannot recover one, reset one, or transfer one to another device.

Favourites and history are a browser convenience. Clearing site data, switching device or using private browsing will remove them.

Game availability

Games are supplied and hosted by third parties over which we have no control. A game may be slow, may break, or may be withdrawn without notice.

We aim to keep every listing playable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any individual title.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising. Ads appear outside the play area and never obstruct gameplay controls.

We do not control third-party ad content and are not responsible for it. Please report anything inappropriate and we will escalate it.

Intellectual property

PlayWhenever is our own brand and design. Individual games remain the property of their respective publishers, who grant us the right to embed and promote them.

We do not host game files ourselves and we ask that you do not redistribute any game content.

Liability

The service is offered 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it, including lost progress, lost data or interrupted play.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
