Privacy Policy
This policy explains what PlayWhenever collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or any personal detail to play a game.
Our servers keep short-lived technical logs — an IP address, a user agent, the page requested and a timestamp — used only to keep the service running, block abuse and measure aggregate traffic.
Local storage on your device
Favourites and your recently played list are stored in your browser's localStorage, on your device only. They never leave your device and we cannot read them.
Clearing your browser data removes both lists. Nothing is restored from a server because nothing was ever sent to one.
Cookies and advertising
We and our advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure how many people see and play our games.
Advertising is always kept outside the game itself. We never place an ad over a game or over its controls, and we never ask you to interact with an ad in order to play.
If you would rather not see personalised advertising, most ad networks let you opt out of it in your browser's privacy settings.
Third-party games
Games on this site are loaded from third-party publishers. Loading a game means their code runs in your browser, and their own privacy practices then apply to that session.
We choose partners carefully, but we do not control what they collect. If a game misbehaves, please tell us and we will remove it.
Children
Our kids' category is built for younger players, and we never ask anyone for personal information — so we have none of yours to share. Parents should supervise free-play time as they would with any online content.
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal accounts, there is generally no personal data for us to hand back or delete on request. If you have contacted us by email, we will delete that correspondence on request — write to efootballtba@gmail.com.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and the 'last updated' date above will always reflect the current version.
